Overview: As a Product Manager reporting to the Product Director, your responsibilities will include: Determining product enhancements to improve functionality and user experience Collecting and analyzing user feedback data and recording product defects Writing product requirements and specification documents Collaborating with the stakeholders to define product roadmaps and present to the wider team Working with the Product team to align feature development priorities with business goals Coordinating with the product development teams to deliver functional solutions Performing competitive research and analysis Performing quality assurance controls on products Creating support and training documents for internal and external users Your Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management, delivery or strategic (digital) product development-related function Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management or a related field Previous work experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner will be advantageous Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback (knowledge of SQL is a plus) Good understanding of product lifecycles Strong understanding of product management and agile / scrum methodologies Deep knowledge of web application UI/UX design is a big plus Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello Curiosity, attention to detail and good time management
