Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end launch of digital features or products and also manage phasing of services launch as assigned for success in the projects and accomplished optimal levels of performance by continuously conducts requirements align with business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks as being digital product owner. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end launch of digital features or products and also manage phasing of services launch as assigned for success in the projects and accomplished optimal levels of performance by continuously conducts requirements align with business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks as being digital product owner. Build digital products with great user & customer experiences in area of execution for both new business requirement and change requests for system enhancements to achieve financial and non-financial target as strategic plan by conducting requirements and working independently in assigned project with internal service departments to ensure smooth implementations. Delivered new services and enhancements as committed with Business Unit & Stakeholders within the timeline successfully and completely with no deviation from committed with good quality. Perform day-to-day activity of digital banking to ensure services are accurate and up-to-date for customers' satisfaction. Assist team leader with various aspects of digital banking: coordinate with internal users (business & non-business) to work in project and regulatory related with internal service departments such as legal, compliance, operation risk and fraud to ensure smooth implementations and operations. To be an expertise of digital banking for specific areas which be able to manage assigned project / phasing of services launch as being fully responsible as product owners in the squad. Proactively shares expertise and consistently provides support and supervise to junior digital product owners since pioneer stage as being coach/mentor team members to utilize his/her best competency and increase organizational efficiency. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any related fields. 10 years experience in IT or IT related projects 3-5 years experience in digital platform owner. Previous experience in technology delivery, or management and IT consulting, Telecom, Fintech, large startup or digital agency is preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT teams. Experienced with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development.
