Job Responsibilities Being hands-on coding in .NET, .NET Core . Developing high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility. · Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of multiple projects. Being able to explain highly complex technical messages to non-technical stakeholders . Growing your development and engineering team. Developing and implementing technical strategy. Leading daily operations of the development team, assisting and developing your team members' technical capabilities, developing best practice methodologies to improve team productivity, and conducting performance reviews. Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior menbers. Working across functional teams and entities to ensure products' success. Analyzing and solving any problems accordingly. Knowledge & Skills: At least 5+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 1+ years in the management role. Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture. Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure in large-scale projects. Experience coding in various languages. (.NET, Java and more) Experience in agile software development and cross-functional team environments. Familiarity with Jira of other project management tools. Passion for software products, start-ups and cutting-edge technology. Sense of ownership in individual performance and its impact on the company's success. Good command in English is a plus.
